Role Overview
Recognition Media is looking for a results-focused Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the planning and implementation of multi-channel campaigns for our partner award brands like TIME100 Companies and TIME Best Inventions. Outside of those award seasons, you will work on specific growth marketing initiatives for RM programs like the Webby Awards and The Telly Awards, all with the goal of increasing lead generation, customer acquisition and entry revenue. Overall, your work will help to amplify the achievements of outstanding organizations and individuals, while directly contributing to the growth of our business.

This is a full-time, hybrid role in our NYC Flatiron office, reporting to our VP of Marketing. The ideal candidate will be curious, highly organized, articulate, and adept at collaborating with multiple stakeholders to reach decisions quickly and deliver high-performing marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
– Lead day-to-day communication with partner brand owners to determine program details (pricing, categories, etc), align on marketing strategy and tactics, and review performance ongoing
– Manage the planning, development and execution of seasonal marketing campaigns in close collaboration with marketing, web production, analytics, and creative colleagues
– Monitor channel KPIs and overall performance against historical benchmarks and goal targets, surfacing insights, hypotheses and recommendations to improve performance
– Develop and test new platforms, communications, and/or audience development tactics to optimize prospecting volume and conversion rates for existing RM awards.

Requirements
– 3+ years of experience in an integrated marketing or growth marketing role (startup experience a plus)
– Successful track record of managing integrated campaigns end-to-end across direct marketing touchpoints, including email, paid social, and onsite
– Excellent communication, organizational, time management, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
– Burning curiosity and results orientation with ability to analyze data and make inferences and recommendations

Compensation and Benefits
– $80,000 annual salary
