Steve Marchese arrives at the Webby Awards after nearly five years serving as a Senior Producer at The One Club, where his main responsibilities involved production of The One Show, One Show Design and One Show Interactive, three of the advertising industry's most respected award shows. He is excited to bring his agency experience to The Webby Awards, which has over the last decade established itself as the leading international award honoring excellence in Web design, functionality and creativity.

Obsessed with independent music culture since his early teens, Steve also spends nights and weekends as a freelance writer and designer and currently holds regular positions as a Contributing Editor for Flavorpill's electronic music mailer Earplug and as the Music Editor of Stash DVD Magazine, the premiere DVD of innovative and outstanding commercial animation, VFX and motion graphics. He has been a regular contributor to print publications RE:UP, RES Magazine, XLR8R and to his own MP3 Blog, scissorkick.com.

He currently lives in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn with his wife Andriana and is having a rough go at digitizing his vinyl and dealing with all those CDs.
